RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened media items (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
- Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt
- You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed automatically
- A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank (delays are common)
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us throgh the store menu.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
If you need to exchange it for the same item:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
- A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be sent to the original purchaser
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, contact us.
Important shipping details:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted
Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance
