Refund & Returns Policy


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened media items (CD, DVD, VHS, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming receipt
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
  3. Contact your bank (delays are common)

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us throgh the store menu.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

If you need to exchange it for the same item:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be sent to the original purchaser

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, contact us.

Important shipping details:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted

Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance
